I don't think so.

We bought 2 cars from this company 2 years ago. 2 weeks ago we needed to replace the tyres on my wife's car.

After arranging for a company to come to us to do this we found that we had not been given the locking wheel nut for the car. £25 cancellation fee!

When we contacted Gowrings we were told this was our fault for not having the car serviced with them.

Rather than offer to supply us with the missing item, we were told we would need to pay £16 for the part and it would not be quick as it has to come from Germany

When the part eventually arrived after a week and a half, to add insult to injury the price was £24 and they still insisted we pay and they still think Germany is a long way away!

Needless to say, we will never put any business their way again. By my reckoning the profit on 4 years of servicing and replacement cars.significantly more than £24

Please think twice before dealing with this company. They are happy to help when you are spending money, but after that you are on your own..
