"ESP powers alive and well"

A review of Northcroft Surgery by Lexbo written on Wednesday 21st of March 2012

During an emergency appointment the doctor told me my daughter needed to visit again in 2 weeks. When I phoned a few days before the two weeks to make an appointment the receptionist told me I should have made that appointment at the time of the first appointment. Well, the doctor didn't tell me, the receptionist didn't tell me, there are no signs in the surgery, its not mentioned on the website and it hasn't always been like this - last time I went was years ago. I'm not sure how I am supposed to know and can only assume the staff have some fantastic powers that an ordinary mortal like myself does not share. When I suggested to the receptionist that a future improvement would be to tell people this she was really snotty. As it turned out, getting a non emergency appointment in 2 weeks would be pushing it, the appointments were booking 4 weeks ahead. .
