"Bad experience at Toni&Guys Newbury"

My daughter was badly insulted by the owner Sam today , she also tried to overcharge her .

When my daughter tried to question this , she was subjected to downright rudeness.

This woman SAM is a basket case!

This business will close soon if this is how she treats her clients .

I would never recommend this salon.

I feel sorry for the poor staff that have to put up with Sam on a daily basis..
